About Us

Us, that's Jayne and Gustaf. We are building a small website around health and relaxation, including self improvement and confidence building, and the "Hedgehog Mat" just fell into our laps, so to speak.

We're both interested in health matters, and last year we went to Sweden (Gustaf is Swedish), to visit family and friends.

To our surprise we found acupressure mats everywhere.

And we mean everywhere!

They were on sale in garages, supermarkets, florists, shoe shops - you name it. Since we'd not heard very much about it we were intrigued.

When Gustaf had a bit of back pain, which promply eased after being put on a spike mat by his sister, well, then our interest was definitely aroused.

The result is the "Hedgehog Mat". The largest yet most gentle acupressure mat on the market. We use it regularly, almost every day.

Even Jayne, who was a bit sceptic, fell asleep on it the second time she tried it!
